End-User License Agreement (EULA)
1. Introduction
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Yug Kalathiya (“we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding your use of any mobile application developed and distributed by us (“App” or “Apps”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Yug Kalathiya grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
Install and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, and
Use the App as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
This license does not transfer any ownership rights in the App or its content.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App;
Circumvent or disable any security features;
Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or infringing purposes;
Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the App to any third party.
4. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including software, design, graphics, and content) are and shall remain the exclusive property of Yug Kalathiya or its licensors.
The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
5. Updates and Maintenance
We may, at our discretion, release updates, bug fixes, or new versions of the App.
Such updates may install automatically or require manual installation.
We are not obligated to provide maintenance or support unless required by Apple or applicable law.
6. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate third-party services (e.g., analytics, advertising, cloud storage).
Use of such services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party content or actions.
7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated.
We may terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate this Agreement or misuse the App.
Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the App from all devices.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

- This feature is for entertainment purposes only.
- This application is an UNOFFICIAL tool designed for specific games. We are not affiliated or associated with any other gaming brands or developers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yug Kalathiya its affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or use, arising from or related to your use of the App.
Your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the App.
10. Compliance with Apple Terms
You acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and Yug Kalathiya, not Apple Inc.
Apple Inc. is not responsible for the App or its content.
However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it against you.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in India.
